1. Application
1. 適用
1.1 These Japan Supplemental Terms (“Japan Terms”) apply to you if you are habitually resident in Japan (a “User in Japan”). We will treat you as a User in Japan if the country or region associated with your Account is Japan, unless you tell us otherwise.
1.1 本日本向け補足規約（以下、「日本向け規約」）は、常居所地が日本であるユーザー（以下、「日本ユーザー」）に適用されます。ユーザーのアカウントに関連付けられている国または地域が日本である場合、ユーザーから別段の通知がない限り、当社はそのユーザーを日本ユーザーとみなします。
1.2 These Japan Terms form part of the Agreement between you and BandLab Singapore Pte Ltd under the BandLab Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”). If there is any conflict between these Japan Terms and any other part of the Agreement, these Japan Terms prevail for Users in Japan.
1.2 本日本向け規約は、BandLab Terms of Use（以下、「利用規約」）に基づいてユーザーとBandLab Singapore Pte Ltdとの間で締結される合意（Agreement）の一部となります。本日本向け規約と本合意との間に何らかの矛盾がある場合は、日本ユーザーに対しては本日本向け規約が優先的に適用されます。
1.3 Capitalised terms not defined in these Japan Terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.
1.3 本日本向け規約で定義されていない大文字で始まる用語については、利用規約でその意味が説明されています。
2. Membership

2.1 From the Effective Date, access to the feature named ‘Studio’ requires Membership. Whether or not you are a Member, you may continue to access your Content via Library and download your Content.
2.1 発効日以降、「Studio」という名称の機能を利用するにはメンバーシップ（Membership）が必要となります。メンバー（Member）かどうかに関わらず、ユーザーは引き続きライブラリ（Library）経由でコンテンツ（Content）にアクセスし、ダウンロードすることが可能です。

3.1 This section 3 sets out matters required under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (Act No. 57 of 2003) (the “APPI”) for Users in Japan. It supplements the BandLab Privacy Policy and prevails over it for Users in Japan if there is any conflict.
3.1 本第3条は、日本の「個人情報の保護に関する法律（平成15年法律第57号）」（以下、「APPI」）に基づき、日本ユーザーに必要な事項を定めるものです。本条はBandLabのプライバシーポリシーを補完するもので、両者に矛盾がある場合は、日本ユーザーに対しては本条が優先されます。

3.3 Requests. You, your legal representative (including the parent or guardian of a minor) or an agent authorised by you may request that we notify you of the purposes of use of your retained personal data, disclose it (including by electronic means) and records of its provision to third parties, correct, add to or delete it, or cease using it, deleting it or providing it to third parties, in accordance with Articles 32 to 35 of the APPI. Please send requests to privacy@bandlab.com. We will verify the identity and authority of the person making the request.
3.3 各種請求. ユーザー、ユーザーの法定代理人（未成年ユーザーの親権者または後見人を含む）、またはユーザーから委任を受けた代理人は、APPI第32条から第35条に従い、個人情報の利用目的の通知、開示（電子手段を含む）、第三者への提供記録の開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止、消去、第三者への提供の停止を請求することができます。請求先はprivacy@bandlab.comです。当社は請求者の本人確認および代理権の確認を行います。
3.4 Security measures and overseas transfers. Information about the security control measures we take to protect personal data, and about the measures taken by recipients of personal data located outside Japan, is available on request at privacy@bandlab.com.
3.4 セキュリティ対策と国外転送. 当社が個人情報保護のために講じているセキュリティ対策に関する情報、および日本国外に所在する個人情報の提供先が講じている対策に関する情報については、privacy@bandlab.comに請求することで入手できます。
3.5 Complaints. Please send complaints and enquiries about our handling of personal information to privacy@bandlab.com.
